Our Practice History
He took great pride when his daughter, Dr. Karen Springer, joined him in private practice in 1978 but who has since then retired. In 1985, Dr. Mark Ichikawa became a partner of the expanding practice. After practicing as an associate for over 12 years, in 2013, Dr. Cindy Tran became an equal partner of Sunnyvale Optometry and in 2015, became the sole owner of this private practice. All associate doctors remain part of the integral team covering all aspects of ocular health and vision eye care. We continue to grow by word-of-mouth referrals and have served generations of families in the Bay Area community for many years.
Our practice philosophy is to provide personalized, quality patient care. We make every effort to educate our patients about your eye health concerns and eye care needs. Our doctors and staff look forward to being an active part of your health care team.
